Pros

Got opportunity to work on some latest technologies by creating POCs, development centre is small so u can get into the whole process and gather knowledge on every aspects of software life cycle. Good salary hikes and job security compared to other companies in Kolkata.

Cons

There are only 2 products so u cant switch your technology or field, restricted to some old processes and technologies as the products are stable and used widely by clients, no initiative for technology migration except some in-house applications that we migrated and some stand-alones we created.HR and Accounting process is manual and a one-stop company portal for employees is missing. If you want job security with a stable increment and is having family responsibilities then it is no less than a government job!
