Pros

Good business line and product The business has potential to grow

Cons

Very Archaic in all their methods and ways of working No set defined processes and unwillingness to make one No support on how the job needs to be done for a new comer! No proper handover of the roles and responsibilities. The CFO is extremely rude and insults employees.

Pros

Small company so one can learn a lot from cross function duties. Product specialist and managers wear many hats and can play a critical role (depending on ability) to participate in projects with Big money center banks, Hedge funds, Fund Administrators and Trust Banks

Cons

Due to size and breadth (US and India) of company things can be chaotic at times and one has to have personal relationships with staff members to get issues resolved. Sometimes the offshore team is not very forthcoming with information and cultural differences can play a role in the results not being met on time

Pros

Some of the smartest people I have worked with. Management has great vision and always taking bold steps to move the company forward or grow. Over the past few years, there were multiple acquisitions, many more new hires, great exposure to clients- it is exciting to be part of a growth story!

Cons

The hours sometimes are long, however you do get rewarded for good work.
