Pros

Never a dull moment. Great job for people who always love doing something different everyday. Free HSA, plus a 5% match on 401K. Great to work with on scheduling days off.

Cons

Never know when you get off. Work until the job is done or at a good stopping point.

Pros

Toxic work environment that will over work you

Cons

Executive staff will just hire their kids, nieces, or relatives and pay them a higher wage then the remaining staff. If you know someone like Leilani, Tyler you will get easier work and allowed to choose your hours. Will bring on relatives for a higher pay with no experience. During my time working as an Admin assistant, I noticed these unfair treatments.

Good employees, average management.

Pros

The coworkers are some of the best I've ever come across. Their HSA plan is free and they contribute quite a bit per month. The work is always in new location every day so it never gets old.

Cons

They care more for how you look on paper vs. your actual work ethic/performance. The chain of command here is extremely long with no real option of direct communication without someone getting offended. I've never been asked if I needed anything to do my job better or perform better, it is always someone deciding what you need to perform better.
