Good pay Easy job Fun coworkers

Cons

-Maybe don’t have the expectation that your employees have to happy 100% of the time or else they are going to get fired. That’s super unrealistic. People do have a life outside of Fiddleheads and empathy and compassion go a long way. -I would also recommend not having your store manager tell their employees “hey! Just so you know, so upper management wants to fire you, but I said no!” Why would I stay with a company that wants to fire me?

Pay was competitive in the market, fellow baristas are amazing, great customer base

Cons

Poor communication, insufficient new-hire training, staff constantly changing due to frequent terminations, and poorly executed internal changes to operating procedures
