Pros

Great team members, personable management, great products, decent pay, health insurance benefits were offered. Average ability to get time off.

Cons

Sometimes I worked long hours, and I worked a few double shifts just to cover people or make sure the product got out. For awhile when wholesale accounts picked up, management didn't seem to have a clue how overworked we were.
