Pros

Used to be salary until they started hire people with less experience as supervisor therefore making more than more experienced staff.

Cons

Unappreciated, favoritism, low moral, cliques, babysitter of new employees, new management needs interpersonal skills, poor communication just to name a few!

Consistent opportunity to work over-time, can dress very casually, no need for business casual.

Cons

Very negative working environment, surrounded by a lot of stress and tension among co-workers and the manager does very little to engage and hear his employee frustration
