Veritude is Fidelity's internal staffing firm which provides top notch talent to Fidelity. It's a great place to work and also a great way to get your foot in the door at Fidelity. Veritude is passionate about what they do and always work to ensure that the Associates are taken care of. Even if a Contract is scheduled to end, the team goes above and beyond to work to redeploy Associate's into other roles internally. The campus setting is beautiful and culture/environment is one that can't be matched. I highly recommend working for Veritude if given an opportunity.

Veritude , Fidelity Investments internal staffing group, has been a terrific place of employment for me over the last 19 years. Veritude has given me great opportunities, has strong values and is a place of innovation and growth inside Fidelity Investments. There is a strong sense of teamwork here, and it is hard to match the overall "can do" approach to opportunities. Highly recommended.

Cons

Fidelity Investments has been a great employer for me overall, but the Veritude group has been exceptional.

I've been a fulltime employee at Veritude for many years and they have provided to me every opportunity to be successful in the role I have in delivering top talent to Fidelity Investments on a daily basis. Veritude is a highly adaptive organization that is constantly looking at ways to improve the way we do business - whether that is internal process change or implementation of better technical solutions.
