      People are incredibly nice and want to help you learn. As an intern you have opportunities you would not normally have access to at larger firms.

      Great work environment, good colleagues, always getting new clients with challenging projects.

      Cons

      Fast passed environment can be challenging for some. They don't micro manage employees, which creates difficultly to those who need more structure.
