      14th month Rank and file employees are all friendly

      Cons

      Overwork. Underpaid It’s not what you know. It’s about who you know. Manager/s is/are greedy about the travel, even if the training is about process. They don’t value their tenured employees but would rather get or promote some outsider. No proper metrics/KPI. Slave driver. Not a healthy environment to work. People talk behind everyone’s back. Managers known nothing about the process.

      Pros

      It’s great being part of a “big little” company. Big with the backing of GE yet still with a small, startup mentality. I especially like the flexible work arrangements and teamwork at all levels of the company.

      Cons

      The only con is the pressure that all of GE is under, especially in the power busoness

      The pay and benefits are nice

      Cons

      Will work 16-18 hour days sometimes. The leads don't care about your well being. they have policies and procedures in place for safety, but the safety leads don't even follow them or care about your well being. Always on the road in remote areas. it Is very hard to have a life outside of work. They also will promise you that you will advance fast, but that is not the case.
