      Pros

      FieldCore is a rather new company and with that comes challenges but those challenges present great opportunities to advance and work on strategic projects. I have direct contact with my director and executive leaders making the flow of communication easy. I love the "family first" culture and the flexible working schedule. I love working with highly talent colleagues and getting the opportunity to learn from them. My role is global so I'm able to interact with different regions and cultures.

      Cons

      Fieldcore is now in the "norming" stage of a new company. That brings challenges of old-mindset and the "Granite Way" of doing things. This can cause challenges but nothing that we long term.

      Pros

      Some good team members. Busy so always something to do.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management especially in HR. Zero progression. GE getting rid of who they want to build there own team of friends. Poor salaries unless from the GE side of the business. Nothing stays private in the offices. No recognition. No funding to any team building or thanks for hard work. Asked for honest feedback and then chastised for it. Bullying in the offices, which HR have led or allowed. Overworked...leading to a number of people being off with stress.
