      Pros

      Schedule is flexible and there is often a feast, yes, who don't love food, right?

      Cons

      The team i went to is a good team but not great, there are walls that keep the growth as a whole unimproved. Wished also that there are trainings provided to help us develop other skills relevant to the process and a periodical touchpoint with the manager individually to freely express concerns.
