Pros

Free hard hat and clothes. Lots of traveling (if that's your thing) Good health care if you can get enough hours to get it (1600 a year).

Cons

NO way to advance in the company as a staff employee from field services. Recognition from hardwork non-existant Disconnect between Fieldcore and GE-H is painful. Innane time entry system, clunky and inefficient with high down time and a high chance of incorrect pay or per diem. Nickle and dime raises Hires new people every few months like a meat grinder never to see them again
