Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed the remote work in this position. The management was very hands off, and the responsibility was quite heavy on the individual - which is what i enjoyed most. This is a great position within the company for networking.
Cons
Cons: Not much spare time for additional education on the GE side of the house. Most instructors have years of experience, which creates a massive gap in pay for the team even though the work responsibilities are evenly distributed. Every instructor is expected to perform each task to standard regardless of experience, so the pay gap should be decreased to promote retention in this position.
