Per diem is one of the highest in the industry, Travel if you like it, pretty views. Plenty of experience.

Cons

Traveling can be long and tiring, and you don't really have much of a say where you'll be working or for how long. You may have to work with people you don't get along with at sites. Sites will always want you to do more work, within less hours. They'll preach safety, but will still want to rush you in order to complete the work as soon as possible in order to save on hours. This is very common among many sites.
