Still very much a boys club mentality. Senior leadership is disconnected, not approachable and are not working towards the same goal

Many challenges and learning opportunities. Broad product set.

Cons

Just ask them for their turnover stats outside Canada. Perpetually understaffed and pay way under market. All surface and no substance on culture, diversity, valuing employees. Nepotism and cronyism.

Cons

No recognition, inequity, closed leadership circle - unbalanced professional vs personal life and no financial incentive upside - in many ways it's an under staffed team
