Pros

Great perks (coffee, snacks). New offices in Montreal.

Cons

The company faces high employee turnover which translates into rebuilding your credibility each time to your new manager. You are constantly training new people which means you have to work long hours to be able to complete your work. The company re-structures all year long. They recently fired several employees to then hire family members (operations and legal). The culture will bring the worst out of you, there is no respect for employees agenda or working hours, people show up late to meetings while you wait, you get punished for speaking your mind (if it does not correlate to management view), opinions are not valued, there is no planning. Poor systems and poor data. You are under utilised as you are going above and beyond in gathering and sorting data, instead of doing value added work.
