Great Company Considering It's Retail

Pros

-Great Chance for Advancement. -Friendly environment. -Good hours (sometimes, but for the most part ok). -Benefits -Great Managers, understanding -Store was very clean. -If you do your job well, you will be acknowledged.

Cons

-As with any retail, you must be available for holidays as that's when it gets more busy. -Sometimes you have to close which means leaving the store by 11:30 pm. -There could be gossip, but I always minded my own business and was ok. -If your not customer service oriented, this is not for you!

Cons

Unprofessional management, to scared to actually do their job. Always taking the side road and avoiding confrontation.

Pros

Give birthday pay, several holiday pays, and a nice holiday bonus. Get paid every Thursday.

Cons

They have a new program "Red Prairie" that makes the schedule. Very unfair because it only accomodates certain peoples availability. They have a ridiculous in store coupon program. There is alot of favoritism and looks do matter there. You will get hit on by one of the " managers " Their human resource is not good at all.
