Pros

Usually they're staffed fairly well so they're really flexible. It's a good part-time job for someone who is attending school. You don't have to clock out for lunch and they give christmas bonuses to employees who have been working there for at least 3-4 months.

Cons

There is no employ discount. Fiesta is a little behind when it comes to technology. Some things could be updated in the front end of the store.

Pros

The Customers makes it worth while. They keep me coming back. They are what makes Fiesta. They treat you like family. You begin to know them on a more personal level. It's all about customer service.

Cons

There isn't alot of benefits for employees. There isn't alot of room for progress, they are tight with raises and promotions. Really tight with giving hours and overtime.
