Pros
The support from the Regional Manager is great! Always open to ideas on how to further grow business and willing to make exceptions that make sense. Credit team is great to work with and eager to keep our customers happy by doing what they can to help. As long as you are growing and performing as expected in this role there is very little oversight.
Cons
It is difficult to get an exception from the credit manager. This isn't all that big of a deal if you know how to sell a turn down to a dealer and keep your stores fully informed of the policies up front.
