Pros

The bank is not as busy as others. There is room to grow if you are ambitious. There is more then enough time to learn all that you can.

Cons

Management is always changing. Commitment isn't always there from management. There is no individual career plan for those who are ambitious. Staffing model is different and difficult.

Pros

Good medical, dental and eye benefits, pay is ok but because of the way upper management treatment you have to ask yourself is it worth the headache

Cons

Unrealistic goals, customer service is horrible, even internal customer service for the employees they're the worse. Extremely high turnover and ZERO growth opportunities. Training is the worst and HR reps is unfair and sides with RM Because there all friends.
