Pros

Good benefits. Nice coworkers. Excelent schedule hours. You never go home late so you'll time for family and be able to relax after work.

Cons

If you are new hire and make few mistakes they will fire you. Training is short and will take you out there to work and expect you to be perfect.

Pros

Great salary and management. Great training.

Cons

It feels like a call center. Manager wants 25 + phone calls per day. Internet is driving customer away and the goals become harder each day.
