Great place to learn and grow

Pros

Great training program. They really helped me develop as a salesperson. There was a real sense of family where I work. They worked to foster a collaborative culture and their systems were easy to use. If there would have been a place for me to promote to locally I would still work here.

Cons

Lots of turnover/short staffing issues lead to employee burnout, some bankers bonus payouts were cut back unfairly
