Pros

The company is a good Midwest company looking to take over some market share and there were definitely some encouraging employees

Cons

Although some employees were encouraging there were others that simply follow whatever corporate says and didn't try going to bat for you. Advancing and transfers were a challenge and ultimately the reason I left
