Pros

The front line employees at the banking centers are the key drivers of the business.

Cons

Disappointing that performance bonuses don't make it to all levels of the organization.

Pros

The environment is pretty laid back and fun at times. They work well with scheduling when you have doctor appointments or have to get your children.

Cons

They constantly understaff bringing stress to everyone. Turnover is very high. Job titles and roles are consistently changing or being eliminated. I don't see enough diversity among upper management. Moving up from a CSR position is harder when you are lower on the diversity scale.
