Pros

Technology was up to date and stable pay.

Cons

Call nights and too pushy on sales. Pretty much making employees have a script to talk to customers. Turning into how Chase used to be.

Pros

Starting pay is competitive, benefits are fairly good, and you have the potential to work with quite a few good colleagues and great customers.

Cons

Overwhelming focus on meaningless metrics and selling products that don't add value for the customer. The best employees are not recognized or rewarded, while the mediocre and incompetent employees are tolerated and even promoted if they say the right empty phrases.
