Pros

Bank Hours, Paid Holidays Off, Long Lunch Breaks

Cons

NO room to advance, too political. Hard work will get a target on your head for fear of you replacing them.

Relaxed corporate culture!

Pros

Work-life balance is easily attained when working at Fifth Third Bank. Departments act somewhat independently which helps distract from the large-corporation-environment one would expect.

Cons

Bureaucratic/corporate processes, internet is locked down (no entertainment, social networks, software-serving sites). Personally, the location is a bit inconvenient as it's in the dead-center of the Cincinnati metropolis area, which means it's hard to avoid traffic!
