Pros

Very easy to work your way up the ladder. They provide the training you need as long. You just need to be motivated.

Cons

My area was constantly moving its staff around. It was impossible to depend on each other when coworkers were always coming and going!

Pros

There is not much accountability and goals are set at low levels so when you do not feel like working all you have to do is simply show up.

Cons

Your peers as well as yourself have no accountability so targets are easily missed and your bonus suffers.

Pros

Managers are nice and want to help you improve as an agent. Very nice coworkers.

Cons

Difficult to move up unless you suck up to the right people. Too many managers walking around the floor not doing anything productive. Customer service is understaffed and so you will receive call after call without any time in between. Cafeteria is bootleg and stinks.
