Pros

Managers are nice and want to help you improve as an agent. Very nice coworkers.

Cons

Difficult to move up unless you suck up to the right people. Too many managers walking around the floor not doing anything productive. Customer service is understaffed and so you will receive call after call without any time in between. Cafeteria is bootleg and stinks.

Pros

Has good benefits. Enjoyed flexibility of being able to work remotely when needed.

Cons

Could be stressful work environment at times. Company essentially had a zero tolerance policy when it came to making error. We are all human and we do make errors no matter how hard we strive for perfection. Expectations to complete an over 40 hour workload assignment in 40 hour work week and no overtime.
