Pros

Fifth Third provided me with many happy years of employment. As a Financial Center Manager, it's truly "all up to you". The company allows successful managers so much autonomy. Leadership is excellent and the sky is the limit. Great company, excellent employee benefits. Growth opportunities are abundant.

Cons

I honestly struggle to come up with down side. Perhaps a few too many "meetings" from time to time.

Pros

The company really takes care of you. They are constantly making sure things are running smoothly and asking for employee input on how to make things even better.

Cons

Can't say I faced any real negatives while working at this job the whole year I was employed.

Pros

There are many great employees doing really great work, but often inspite of management, rather than because of it. Teams function best when given clear objectives and the freedom and guidance to achieve them.

Cons

Fostering a highly-competitive climbing of the ladder skews the effort away from meaningful objectives towards self promotion. Most efforts go unappreciated in any real sense.
