Pros

Good product set overall, decent relationship managers that seek out business, they seem to be investing in the business as well.

Cons

Fifth Third's management at the affiliate level, at least where I was, were pathetic. They were much more interested in who was wearing their pin and showing up each day at 7:30am than who was bringing in revenue and results. Senior Management survived by managing up and staying in a cocoon like management structure at the local level.

Pros

There was abundant Accessibility to advancement opportunities within the company and other cities in the state and outside the state.

Cons

There is a corporate wide inability to back employees in the service portion of their business as well as the managers in each of the branches.
