Pros

Really good growth opportunity to gain new customers since customers are unhappy with the dominate banks, Sincere genuine employees who care about the relationships they establish.

Cons

offices are run with minimal people and there are so many openings that current people are getting burned out

Intimidate Me

Pros

Excellent Benefits and Fair Pay

Cons

Management - both branch level and upper. It's all about sales and not necessarily what is best for the customers but what is best for the branch production numbers. Accounts are opened that are not needed and customers are deceived with sales. Upper management is the only one who benefits from the sales of his customer service reps and in return bogus awards programs are never fully followed through with promises to employees. Fifth Third is not about how well you excel at your job, success only comes to those who are allowed to be intimidated by upper management.
