Pros

It is a difficult job, but everyone there is so encouraging and they realize that everyone works at a different pace. As long as you put in the effort, then they recognize that. I have not worked here long, but it seems very clear that they want you to move up in the company and there are a lot of advancement opportunities.

Cons

So far the only down side was the training. It was great training, but it was a whole lot of info packs into only 9 days. I felt like my brain hurt when I left work. So there is a lot of on the job learning because they could never teach you everything in a classroom that you would need to know for this job.
