Pros

They have good penetration in the market.

Cons

My direct manager was the worst manager I have ever worked for. He was fired not too long after i left the company.

Pros

co-workers, customers and health benefits. Retirement plan and matching benefits are really good. stock purchase plan is nice. multiple locations so transferring is easier.

Cons

Job advancement opportunities were a joke. Lifers are more likely to be left in the same job to train the new people coming in the company. There is not a clear career path for people who work hard and want to move up in the company. Changes in upper management made advancement even harder.

Pros

people you work with, benefits, vacation, retirement options, small client base making it easy to give that one on one attention to clients, affiliate model with local decision making

Cons

nobody is on the same page, you ask a question or ask how something should be done and you can get 3 different answers that are not the same, constant change of how things are done
