Pros

This would be a great job for someone that does not want to go to college or is currently attending college. I took the job after graduating from college and I hate that it is part time. The people are nice its just something I am highly over qualified for.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, they do not acknowledge the people who do the most work. They do not care what clients need they just want to make their sales quota.

Pros

I liked working there because of the sr. leaders. They were caring about employees personal live, but especially top performers.

Cons

The general climate of the banking industry is very down and fifth third bank has not differentiated itself from any competitors.

Pros

good benefits and they allow you to work on your own. No micro-managing if you are doing your job.

Cons

systems terrible and no room for internal advancement. Suffering growing pains and it shows.
