Pros

Not a bad benefits package. Choice dollars and flexibility with different health care options. Two weeks of vacation the first year and the option to buy up to an additional 2 weeks.

Cons

Their only focus is sales, sales sales. As a teller it seems to be all they want you to focus on. Trust me...I like my incentive paycheck..but, the goals are unrealistic. I feel like a schmuck asking the same customers over and over to open a savings account. I am an entry level CSR...not important enough to have a company email account...but important enough to expect to produce miracles.

Pros

Incentives for making sales goals, choice dollar benefits, two week paid vacation, lots of training and guidance, and friendly HR Staff.

Cons

Ability to advance career, compensation sucks, not all Fifth Thirds have same policy, sales goals are too high, and long work hours.
