Pros

Some decent Managers, but not many. Pay isn't too bad.

Cons

Most managers and employees are inept. Morale is very low, and most top performers are looking for other jobs. A lot of recent turnover amongst senior relationship managers.

Pros

Some of your peers are really nice people Salaries are decent You have your own office when you are an officer

Cons

Why 5/3? 3 people are doing the work of 5+ Management expects you are connected to your blackberry and answer, even when you are driving If you don't belong to the old-boys club your probabilities for advancement are minimal the bank's operations are messed up.
