Pros

Easy job and not a bad place to work if all you want to do is take home a paycheck and live your life.

Cons

Very regulated, micromanaged and not much room for using personal selling skills. They try and incorporate corporate programs when they should let their sales people sell.

Pros

the single best reason to work here are the co-workers and a majority of the customers. In my case it's the convience factor as far as location.

Cons

Management, management, management.......would love to see any of them run a drawer..and cross sell products, do call blocks, observe and review co-workers performances..all in a day's work. Constantly changing procedures that make no sense. Oh, did I mention the turnover rate??? People reach a point with all this...and all of a sudden they are history.
