Pros

the single best reason to work here are the co-workers and a majority of the customers. In my case it's the convience factor as far as location.

Cons

Management, management, management.......would love to see any of them run a drawer..and cross sell products, do call blocks, observe and review co-workers performances..all in a day's work. Constantly changing procedures that make no sense. Oh, did I mention the turnover rate??? People reach a point with all this...and all of a sudden they are history.

Pros

Base compensation and I-comp program is very competitive. Lots of turnover, which provides opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Very stressful environment. Voluntary and involuntary turnover is very high. Senior management is weak.
