good pro-team environment that focuses on everyone helping each other out to make the branch run smoothly.

Cons

making sales goals is difficult and can be stressful, especially since they always seemed to be increasing them.

1. Able to grow and learn easily. 2. Good hours, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, flexible scheduling. 3. Great, positive work environment. 4. Most customers (especially regulars) are satisfied. 5. Awesome coworkers and Regional Manager. 6. Products are easy to understand 7. Most products sell themselves. 8. The DUO card!! 9

Cons

1. Micro managing!! 2. Change orders for businesses 3. Branch Manager and no motivation. 4. No support from the higher-ups for CSR's. 5. Near impossible sales goals especially ones for a promotion. 6. Impatient customers. 7. Monthly surveys which can make or break your career (CEI points) 8. Trying to compete against Chase, BoA and Citibank's sales. 9. Pointless Monday morning meetings every week.

Better salary then some other banks. Open brokerage house on the investment side.

Cons

Slow processes right now. Very sales oriented even they say they are looking to be all about service. Politics with any company you need to be liked to get promoted.
