Strong regional bank that is customer focused and creating growth environment. Fifth Third provides plenty of career opportunities, recognition and competitive pay.

Cons

No down sides to list. If you wanted advancement opportunity, there were plenty of opportunities available and the company strives to be employer of choice.

Good benefit program within the company that affords the employee the ability to vary their choices of what benefits are chosen

Cons

Too streamlined of a culture - meaning that too much work is being carried out by too few people. Too many friends taking care of friends. Rare promotions from within.
