Pros

banking industry is always growing. they are tough on their employees but sometimes that brings out the best in people.

Cons

They are all about their sales numbers and watch over your shoulder when ever you are working on something. If you aren't completing things to their satisfaction you will be punished.

Pros

The best reason to work at Fifth Third Bank was to help people, people who really needed help. Whether it was to get a loan or balance their checkbook, it was a good feeling when we accomplished it.

Cons

Banks have changed over the years, always about bottom line and selling... sell, sell, sell... and it's never enough. A lot of pressure
