Pros

Salaries are good compared to other companies. Easy to network within the company and use for career advancement. Any position above a teller is a piece of cake.

Cons

Career advancement mainly comes down to who you know rather than what you've done.

Pros

Good starting salary. Flexible with time off.

Cons

Company is shifting to a sale first customer care second mentality. Tellers could loose there job for not selling enough. They don't pay old employees the same as new employees for the same job.
