Pros

Good co workers. The corporate headquarters were in a great location. Because you will be worked HARD, it's a great training ground. Get the experience and plan to move on because you won't be compensated for the hard work.

Cons

Poor pay. Overworked employees. Poor compensation for the average employee. Difficult to move up unless you are part of the inner circle ( recruited from Wells Fargo or a close friend or relative of senior management). The retail workers are worked hard with minimal compensation.

Pros

Flexibility with work schedule. They are starting to care about thier employees by changing policies and utilizing employee engagement surveys from gallup to measure effectiveness of changes.

Cons

Compensation is low and you will have to work many hours to keep up with demands of workload. Limited career growth once you hit the Regional level unless you relocate.
