Pros

Not a bad company to work for if you are just starting out. They will offer some training that will be helpful for a better bank down the road. They were flexible with my schedule for a decent work/life balance. Pay is ok but not amazing. I would suggest it to a college graduate or someone who is looking to step into the banking world at a smaller firm as they have a fairly easy system to get into without any related experience. Customer service seems to be better than a few of the larger banks which helps to give them atleast one edge on some of the competition.

Cons

Upper management needs some definate work. They do not know how to retain talent very well and turnover is especially high in the current market.

Pros

To gain experience that can lead to a better position elsewhere. Definitly will make the resume look better and will give you great sales/relationship building experience.

Cons

Short staff means that you will work much harder and get minimal pay. Lousy recognition too. You will have to wait until may third for a raise (you are VERY lucky if you get 3 %)

Pros

It's a company one should be proud to represent. Banks today aren't as personable and helpful as we are. Fifth Third offers exceptional benefits for Americans who want to grow there families in knowledge and wisdom. It's amazing to work in a career field where integrity, honesty, and truth are acclaimed in a positive way. Getting to the root of customer issues while answering financial questions with care, direction and education is a vital part of our goal. Care and concern, along with knowledge given makes the company a great place to be.

Cons

Need a new building. I don't see anything wrong with this company, but I'm the kind of person that looks at the benefits. They tend to outweigh anything else.
