Pros

The managers here want you to succeed. They give you opportunities for learning and encourage you to grow and move around within the company. There are several areas you can concentrate your career on, such as Mortgages, Disputes Resolution, Fraud or work in-person at a branch.

Cons

If you do not maintain a calm, kind voice for every phone call, you WILL get the angry, shouting, uncooperative customers. If you should cheerful, friendly and caring on the phone it will immediately de-escalate the anger in a caller. Every time.

Cons

Comp for certain team members way off market and they're inflexible in changing this. It results in attrition.
