Pros

Fifth Third has an inclusive work environment that strives and succeeds to live out its core values. The company seems to have a high rate of promoting from within and rehiring employees back to the company. They also offer many benefits and perks to their employees in the form of regular health benefits, as well as volunteer opportunities, art and community event tickets, concierge and ways to earn additional days off.

Cons

There is little to no opportunity to find any full time positions to work from home. Yearly income increases have not kept up with inflation, and roles are salary capped based on industry job description not dependent on additional work assigned and sometimes with role growth expansion.
