Pros

401k matching and bank holidays

Cons

You will always be understaffed. Middle managers have no reason to exist so will do things like schedule Monday morning meetings. Quotas are arbitrary and you are always told you're not working hard enough which is insulting

Pros

If you like the 53 commercials about people lying to each other, you'll love working here. Same values!

Cons

53 has mandated RTO in the hopes that enough people will quit that they don't have to pay out severances during layoffs. it's not working. Leaders "black out" when giving instructions and then will blame their employees for carrying out their directives. This comes right from the top - the CMO admits to blacking out during meetings and "can't remember" what she asked her team to do or not do.
