Pros

regular schedule, regular employee health checks administered onsite.

Cons

ill-conceived, unnecessary, senior management "improvement" pet projects. Removed and replaced cafeteria public water purifiers that were too small to accommodate a standard 16 oz water bottle or medium drink cup, let alone a typical water bottle. the response to the size complaint was a memo suggesting using smaller containers. The new ones were removed and the original ones returned.

Pros

My former team was great to work with.

Cons

The demands of the job was more than it needed to be had they staffed the team properly compared to the amount of work. There wasn’t enough work life balance or flexibility with allowing a hybrid schedule. Hopefully that has changed.
