Pros

Lots of available jobs in Cincinnati.

Cons

A true FOLLOWER in the banking game. Complete lack of innovation. Even the name is so corny I was embarrassed to tell people where I worked! Got out of there as quick as I could!

Pros

The people or staff care about each other and there is great teamwork. Very few layoffs they hire slowly so not to have to let people go.

Cons

This is corporate America at its finest. Everything is on the buddy system. People are not promoted based on merit, instead its a favoritism cycle over and over. Their HR/ER department is a joke. Rules are not enforced fairly across the board making it very difficult to manage people. Way to often they circumvent correct hiring practices.

Pros

Promotes from within, more diverse now than 10 years ago, networking opportunities in various Business Resource Groups.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive, some departments are still an 'old boy's network'
