Pros

Sales organization concerned only about new business.

Cons

Political organization. Management can not be trusted, if you are not in the clique, you have no future.

Pros

Benefits are good, although increasingly more expensive. There are some great people who work here. Sadly they are far and few between.

Cons

Counter productive work environment in a cube farm with obnoxiously loud coworkers. This includes managers with VP titles. Very few advancement opportunities. Pay is below average.

Pros

Employees at the branches try to do their best.

Cons

A lot of depts have been contracted out. Branches are way under staffed. Performance targets unreasonably high. Lots of turnover has created an inexperienced staff.
